Does CrowdDD's members rate only REAL ESTATE sponsors and platforms?

Yes. We do not rate other alternative investments.

How does CrowdDD rate real estate platforms and sponsors?

All ratings are generated by the members of CrowdDD. The ratings are based on actual user experience. CrowdDD does not alter or manipulate the results in any way.

Does CrowdDD charge any fees to use its web site?

No, CrowdDD does not charge members any fees to join or use the site.

Do I have to be an accredited investor to join CrowdDD?

Yes. Equity and debt crowdfunding platforms and investments are only open to accredited investors. We use the same criteria to screen our members that the equity crowdfunding platforms use. You must have income over $200,000 if single or $300,000 if married or a net worth over $1 million excluding your primary residence.

When I reset my password, the new password does not work. What should I do?

If your new password comes back as invalid, please clear your cookies for CrowdDD. You can also try logging in from a different browser.

Can you explain the 1 to 5 "stars" rating system and how we should use the 'stars" when we rate platforms and investments?

You can rate from 1/2 up to 5 for each criteria. 1/2 is the worst rating and 5 is the best. Here is a guideline for a 5 rating: Great platform due diligence - Rate 5
A superior platform deal quality - Rate 5 Low or fair platform fees- Rate 5 Excellent communication/Reporting - Rate 5 A Superior track record - Rate 5 Low or fair sponsor fees- Rate 5

Do the crowdfunding platforms or sponsors compensate CrowdDD in any way for their ranking?

NO! Rankings are solely a result of our members ratings of the platforms and investments.

I have invested with a sponsor that is not listed. How can I get this sponsor added to CrowdDD?

Please us the contact us page to ask that a sponsor or platform be included at CrowdDD.

Which real estate sponsors and platforms can I rate?

We ask that you only rate sponsors or platforms that you have actual experience with and have invested your own money with the sponsor or platform. Our ratings are based on actual experience.

Can I discuss my experience and results from individual investments?

We ask that you not discuss any investment that was not a 506c investment. Investments listed on 506b platforms may NOT be discussed. RealtyShares, Realty Mogul, iFunding, Fundrise and Diversyfund are the larger 506b platforms. It is very important that you do not disclose any private or confidential information about sponsors, platforms or investments. Please read the confidentiality agreements you may have signed in the sponsor's PPM's and the terms & conditions of real estate platforms.

Should I rely on the advice from this website when making investment decisions?.

NO! Investors should always perform their own due diligence when making any investment decision.
