Altas Residential is teh worst CRE investment I have ever made.  They promised the world during the fund-raising at CS.  After over 2 years (now at Aug-19), they have never made a cash distribution (they promised to make the 1st cash distribution in from Apr-2018).  The investors have not recuved the 2018 K-1 as of yet.  There has been no periodic communication.  Even CS has been so fustrated with them to ban them from any further listing at CS.  Sadly, the existing investors to their last and only deal on CS (Brookview Village at Chicago MSA) do not have a way out from the o'deal.  Please stay away from this company (CEO is Steven Ivankovich).  The person repeatedly ignore inquire from investors and CS alike.  The investors' money seems got into a "blac hole" with pratcially no update and feedback.
