Our Transactional Funding Group issues short-term (1-5 days) loans for a fee; Our Note Creation Group optimizes, renovates or otherwise adds value to single family homes and provides convenient financing for resale at a premium; Our Income Group optimizes, renovates and manages both single and multi-family properties for monthly income and equity build. These strategies, combined with our property picking and negotiating skills enable us to produce strong and consistent returns for our investors and partners.
