Invested in their mobile home parks in AL ~2 years back. So far CoC perf has been great, reporting is ontime and consistent though a bit limited (but adequate). Will look at favorably for their future offerings.

Gelt overall is responsive with good reporting.  Easy to communicate with.  Performing on par with the investment I'm in.

I have invested in gelt in two MHP in Alabama. Communication pre and post closing was very good, prompt and transparent.

We are still not due any distributions so I cannot comment on that. I will update once this is relevant.
