I participated in one deal (6812 11th Ave, Los Angeles) with GoldenBee Properties through the RealtyShares platform. The investment is generating CoC as per expectations. As a pleasant surprise, they returned 50% of our capital at the 18 month mark through a refinance of the property. So far I am delighted with the performance of this sponsor.
