I have invested in 2 Hempel Offerings. First offering that I invested is doing well . Above the pro-forma cash-flows and sponsor communication is very good. I just invested in another offering with Hempel. It is too early for that offering to comment about performance.

I have now been with Hempel for 10 months and reporting is on time and complete with details on revenue and expenses.  Yield has been above expectation

I am an investor in their Quadrant Office Building. Hempel has been very timely on this investment with quarterly data, and very detailed with all revenue and expense summaries. It has only been about 8 months of distributions, but everything has been timely. I would invest with them again from  my limited experience so far.
