I have one investment with them that is peforming in accordance with projections, probably slightly better.  They communicate leasing activity, improvements status, etc. each month, as well as letting you know your distribution is being sent via ACH.   They seem to be a very consistent group that are very professional and responsive.

Have one deal with them, so far it is a little early to tell but they are excuting on the business plan.  Pref comes monthly as projected.  They are a smart bunch and have the same value-add strategy for each project.   They like to lever up and don't have a lot of skin in the game.. but in growing hot markets this has been working out pretty well .. until it doesn't.
