Allen interacts regularly with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in addition to spearheading daily operations at Sharestates. Prior to launching Sharestates, Allen joined the Atlantis organization as their National Title Producer and Account Executive, holding approximately 28 Producer’s Licenses across the Country.
Radni Davoodi, Chief Process Officer and Investor
In addition to his executive position at Sharestates, Radni is also a principal at the Atlantis Organization. Over the past seven years, the Atlantis organization has provided insurance and related escrow services for approximately $4 Billion worth of real estate transactions, generating approximately $100 million in receivables including but not limited to premiums, escrows and recording fees. Mr. Davoodi provides a network of several thousand real estate professionals with the capability of identifying properties - often before they are listed on the market- for potential acquisition and lending by the company.

I had invested individually in 14 loans with Sharestates.
11 have paid back on time
2 paid back late (30 - 60 days)
1 is in default both on interest and principal. (90+ days)
I do not recomend this platform any more. Poor commuincation and black box type deals

I have been using ShareStates for 4 years and have made 24 investments with them. 10 are fully paid. 14 are active and current. My average return is 10% (net of fees) and payments have always been timely. I liked them a lot because they have good deal flow, reliable payments, low investment minimums ($5,000 minimum or $1,000 for new investors), responsive investor relations, and their due diligence looked solid to me (LTV low for many projects, though be careful of how their calculations are performed). Most of the deals are debt deals, very rare to see equity deals. Debt deals have advantage of lower risk, more reliable payments. The disadvantage of debt deals are less upside potential and higher tax rates for people at higher tax brackets. I am very happy with my experiences with them, but I am moving towards equity deals so I am moving to other platforms.

I have been using sharestates for a while. No complaints. One property was near my home, so I drove by and checked it out. I was impressed with overall value I saw and went heavy into it. I like the platform. The rates they charge for their loans are high but I like that as long as we have a low LTV. I carefully review what they present and make my own decisions. Looking to setup IRA with them now which seems to be pretty easy.
