Willow Creek seeks to purchase undermanaged, underperforming and stabilized properties at attractive valuations. We execute on this by employing an investment strategy that is comprised of three major elements: identifying markets with built-in demand drivers, focusing on secondary and tertiary markets where local knowledge can potentially give us an edge over competitors, and unlocking value through rigorous underwriting and proactive asset management.

Willow Creek invests in markets where economic conditions provide for increased demand for real estate. It is our view that secondary and tertiary real estate markets provide attractive investment opportunities. We are focused on making investments in the Southeastern United States, with particular focus on VA, NC, SC, and GA. The Southeast possesses a number of advantageous characteristics relative to other geographic markets that enable unique investment opportunities.
